The beautiful sunsets and serene lake views made our stay at a riverside retreat unforgettable. the room was clean and cozy, with a coffee machine and comfy beds. the owner's hospitality added a personal touch. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really great experience. The location of the property was unbeatable and perfectly comfortable, in the middle of jackson. Plus, it was next to the riverfront and a new restaurant on the water coming soon. Thoroughly enjoyed food selection, meals were amazing and they have variety of options.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and amazing - around 10-15 minutes walk from Kantor Kellett Gallery. Very very helpful and thoughtful staff who were always there to help. I loved my stay at Idle Awhile Resort in Georgetown. the hotel's location was simply ideal, with just a short walk to Kantor Kellett Gallery and the city center nearby. the staff was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist, making my experience truly enjoyable. I didn't feel like leaving and would definitely book again.

This place is well-equipped with a flat-screen TV, cable channels, climate control, and a fridge in the room, and it's perfectly located in the heart of Jackson.

just returned from an amazing stay in georgetown, and idle awhile resort completely exceeded my expectations. the well-kept grounds, excellent food, and exceptional service made for a truly enjoyable experience. the owner's friendly demeanor and the picturesque views added to the charm of the old florida style setting.
